European Commission publishes Reports on 'EU Member States' legislation - Racial Equality Directive

These  summary reports outline the law in the EU Member States on anti-discrimination and the state of play with regards to transposition of the Racial Equality Directive (2000/43/EC).

The reports, published by the European Commission on their website, were written by the independent experts on discrimination on the grounds of racial and ethnic origin who are members of the group of independent experts coordinated by Migration Policy Group for the European Commission.
