Migrant Citizenship: Shaping integration agendas in Europe

This publication introduces the policy context and objectives of EPIM, the European Programme for Integration and Migration, an MPG-managed initiative of the Network of European Foundations.

Section A presents the objectives and activities of the EPIM consultations and grants programme.

Section B outlines policy developments at European level and makes the case for consultation, co-operation and negotiation linking governmental and non-governmental stakeholders at various levels of governance.

The last section proposes themes and issues for discussion at national consultations and suggests ways to link the outputs to the developing European agenda.
