Comparative Analysis II

This publication examines the transposition into national law of the Racial Equality Directive and the Employment Equality Directive in 25 EU Members States.

The analysis compares and draws some conclusions from the information set out in country reports prepared by the European Network of Independent Legal Experts in the non-discrimination field, a network established and managed by Human European Consultancy and MPG on behalf of the European Commission.
