This report is part of a series of 16 country reports prepared for the European Migration Dialogue (EMD). The EMD is a partnership of key civil society organisations dedicated to linking the national and European debates on immigration and integration. It is supported by the European Commission, Directorate-General Justice, Freedom and Security, under the INTI funding programme. The report covers current immigration, integration and brain-drain debates and an overview of the policy-making process.
