This is the report of the fourth experts' meeting under the projet Strengthening the cooperation between specialised bodies, which seeks to ensure a high and uniform standard of anti-discrimination law across Europe.

The meeting took place in Stockholm in October 2003, hosted by the Swedish Ombudsman against Ethnic Discrimination (DO).
