SDE welcomes new corporate members who are committed to achieving supplier diversity within the context of European legislation and culture.

We have a whole toolkit of documents and practical support available to new members in order to help them develop and implement effective, sustainable supplier diversity programmes.

Small and Medium Enterprises

Participation in all Supplier Diversity Europe activity is free to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), defined primarily as businesses employing less than 250 people.

SDE particularly seeks to work with SMEs headquartered in the UK and German that are 51% or more owned and managed by:

• Women
• People with a disability
• People from minority ethnic groups
• People from the LGBT community

Also French-headquartered SMEs whose workforce is 51% or more from underrepresented groups
