The Team

Jan Niessen, Director MPG and Board member: Responsible for organisational planning and development. Jan has the overall responsibility for the achievement of the Forum's goals and the delivery of the products. He is also responsible for the organisational development of the Forum. 

Jo-Ann Butler, Programme Director: Jo-Ann is responsible for the Forum's overall programme development and implementation. This includes attending Board meetings, assisting members in designing and implementing supplier diversity programmes, preparing the supplier diversity handbook. Jo-Ann conducts one-to-one meetings with individual companies.

Beth Ginsburg, Member Relations: Beth is responsible for the relations with members including facilitating workshops as well as recruiting new members.

Liz Holford, Supplier Relations Manager: Liz is responsible for providing the Forum member's access to diverse suppliers.
