Article 13: A new challenge for European Institutions
Supported by the Dutch Ministry of Internal Affairs, MPG carried out research on the new Article 13 of the Amsterdam Treaty.
The study was based on interviews gathering the opinion of the Member States ministries concerned which were then collated into a report.
