In the European Parliament’s report: On progress made in equal opportunities and non-discrimination in the EU referring to the transposition of the racial equality and the employment equality directives, the rapporteur, MEP Liz Lynne of the Committee on Social and Employment Affairs makes reference to the mapping survey carried out by the European network of independent legal experts in the non-discrimination field led by the Migration Policy Group and HEC for the European Commission.

The updated comparative analysis of 25 EU Member States compares country reports on developing anti-discrimination law, the state of transposition of European equality legislation and the political climate in all EU Member States by examining the transposition into national law of the Racial Equality Directive and the Employment Equality Directive in 25 EU Member States.
