Anti-discrimination Flash Reports

Summary

t2-33-legalnet_collageFlash reports on recent national developments in the Member states, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Turkey, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway, provided by the European Network of Independent Legal experts in the field of non-discrimination

Description

Flash reports are notifications provided by the experts of the Network of Independent Legal experts in the field of non-discrimination on recent legal developments which had occurred on the national level. The flash reports aim at providing accurate, up-to-date and continuous information (new legislation and case law) related to anti-discrimination in Europe to the European Commission, members of the Network and the wider public. The flash reports allow to constantly monitor the effective implementation of the Racial Equality Directive and the Employment Equality Directive in the EU.

A selection of the main developments reported in flash reports is also included in the European Anti-discrimination Law Review, in the section on Member states, candidate countries and EEA countries.

All flash reports can be consulted on the Network’s website: http://non-discrimination.net/in the latest documents section or via the search engine.
