This training tool was developed as part of the EU-funded project “Capacity Building of Civil Society dealing with Anti-Discrimination” in 2005 with the aim of providing training on European and national anti-discrimination law and policy to non-governmental organizations in the 10 new Member States and in Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey.

The manual may be useful for individuals and organizations active in the fight against discrimination wherever they may be in the European Union. The country versions below were prepared by human european consultancy in partnership with MPG and in co-operation with national NGO partners in each involved country.
