This Issue Paper demonstrates how the successful exchange of experience and best practice contained in the the three Handbooks on Integration for Policy-makers and Practitioners can be used to provide valuable and practical guidance for implementing the Common Basic Principles on integration (CBPs).
Following a a brief overview of the CBPs and the three editions of the Handbook on Integration, the paper shows how these policy initiatives can be brought together to strengthen immigrant integration in Europe.
