The annual country reports and executive summaries on non-discrimination law have been published for the 35 countries of the European network of legal experts in gender equality and non-discrimination, covering the grounds of racial or ethnic origin, age, disability, religion or belief and sexual orientation.
The reports provide an overview of the state of transposition and implementation of the EU anti-discrimination Directives in each country up to 1 January 2016, covering legislation as well as case-law and practical implementation. There is one report for each of the 28 EU Member States, the candidate countries (Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey) and the EEA countries (Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein).
