Research Intern
Marianna Gorgerino holds a Master’s degree in Development Economics from the University of Florence and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Cooperation from the University of Turin. Her studies focused on migration, poverty, inequalities, and gender discrimination, analysed through quantitative and qualitative research methods. Prior to joining MPG, Marianna gained research experience at the European Commission, the University of Florence, and the Italian Institute of Statistics. She also collaborated with NGOs on projects focused on women’s empowerment and healthcare access in Italy and Palestine.
