EC publishes synthesis report, written by MPG, from the Mutual Learning Conference on the integration and inclusion of migrants
About the Mutual Learning Conference
On the 30th of November, the Mutual Learning Conference on “Integration of migrants: Spotlight on skills intelligence and learning, housing, women and children” took place, hosted by the European Commission’s Directorate General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion. Participants and guest speakers discussed innovative approaches to the integration of people with a migrant background with particular reference to the areas of labour shortages, housing, women and children.
What was MPG’s role?
As observers of the conference, MPG was asked to write the executive summary and the synthesis report, as well as the script for a short video summarising the conference findings. As the lead rapporteur, MPG’s Richard Girling was responsible for writing the final versions of the conference executive summary and synthesis report.
