The EU-Inc. Proposal: An Opportunity for Newcomer Entrepreneurs

Proposed by the European Commission in March 2026, the “28th regime” for European companies represents a significant opportunity for migrant founders. As highlighted by a special edition of the Starting New newsletter, the possibility of registering a company online, in English, without relying on local intermediaries, would remove a major entry barrier.
