IMMEX: Immigration for employment index A research project on European immigration policies
IMMEX aims to describe, compare, assess and inform the policies on immigration for employment of the 27 Member States of the European Union.
The Migration Policy Group carried out research in 2012 measuring the rules in each of the 27 EU Member States on immigration for employment. The project analyses the various dimensions of immigration policies and develops a framework on the basis of which these policies are assessed. The outcomes of this assessment are presented in a report that compares rules and programmes in EU countries.
