Among many others I have been grateful for your authoritative research and analysis over all of those years – from the invaluable Migration News Sheet in the early days through the Integration Handbooks to MIPEX and so much more. With your insights into the policy-making processes in Brussels and your consistent commitment to human rights and social justice you have led where others have followed, as in your ground-breaking work with the Starting Line Group on EU anti-discrimination law; and with your generosity in sharing your expertise and your exceptional capacity to convene diverse voices you have empowered many of us to contribute with you. Thank you.

In the current climate we need your voice more than ever to inform evidence-based dialogue and policy making. It is my hope that you will always have the resources, the capacity and the high-level access that will enable you to do so.
