European Equality Law Review 2025
The latest edition of the European Equality Law Review has just been published, offering an in-depth look at key legal and policy developments in gender equality and non-discrimination across Europe.
This review is an annual publication by the European network of legal experts in gender equality and non-discrimination (EELN), jointly coordinated by MPG and the University of Utrecht. Since 2015, the network has been providing independent insights into the implementation of EU equality and non-discrimination directives. The 2025 edition covers developments from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025, and provides independent, authoritative analysis covering EU Member States, EEA countries, candidate countries, and neighbouring states.

About the European network of legal experts in gender equality and non-discrimination
The European Network of legal experts in gender equality and non-discrimination was established in December 2014 and combines two previously existing networks: the European Network of Legal Experts in the Non-discrimination Field and the European Network of Legal Experts in the field of Gender Equality.
