Inspirational practices in the field of migrant integration

The publication “Inspirational Practices in the Field of Migrant Integration: examples of good practices from the Czech Republic, Poland, Israel, and Europe” draws on the work of the MINTE project to highlight 24 innovative, tried-and-tested initiatives. These successful initiatives have all helped advance integration on the local level and across areas such as education, healthcare, employment, and in terms of social cohesion.

Although the practices were all developed within their specific local context, they are also easily transferable. Most of them have been implemented over long periods. Others still focus on short-term responses to the arrival of those displaced from Ukraine. These have been included in the collection because their positive impact is worth highlighting.

The publication, which includes practice sources by the MINTE project partners, presents a valuable resource for practitioners, local government officials, NGOs, educators, as well as anyone else interested in fostering inclusive societies. MPG’s contribution to the collection includes the selection of practices from across Europe which complement the rest of the entries focused on Central and Eastern Europe, and Israel.

The publication delivers less-examined perspectives on local-level integration.
