2025 country reports on non-discrimination law
Looking for an update on major developments in national non-discrimination law of EU countries in 2024? The European Network of Legal Experts in Gender Equality and Non-discrimination begun publishing non-discrimination country reports 2025 assessing the level of transposition and implementation of both the Racial Equality Directive (Council Directive 2000/43 which combats discrimination on the grounds of racial or ethnic origin) and Employment Equality Directive (Council Directive 2000/78 which establishes a general framework for equal treatment in employment and occupation) on the national level during the period between 1 January 2024 – 1 January 2025.
