Electoral Participation

This section addresses the critical issue of electoral participation among mobile voters, which includes naturalised migrants, second-generation migrants, and mobile EU citizens. Despite representing a significant portion of the EU population, these groups have historically been underrepresented in local, national, and EU elections.
