The SIRIUS Migrant Education Policy Index 2025, developed by the Migration Policy Group, offers a fresh and practical way to answer that question. It goes beyond political promises and policy frameworks to assess how inclusion is actually implemented across 15 EU countries. This Index looks at seven key areas, from access and language support to intercultural education and teacher training, highlighting where systems are making progress and where gaps remain.
